Will I be able to run Memberzilla on a regular hosting account?
You can download our test script prior to purchasing Memberzilla to determine whether your server is already set up to support our script.
If the testing script indicates that your server does not have the appropriate specifications, please contact us for assistance. Often times, in the event of requiring Zend installation, your host will do this for you free of charge.
Will Memberzilla be easy to install?
Following our installation guide, you should be able to install the entire Memberzilla script in a matter of minutes. If you encounter problems however, rest assured that our team is here to help you.
Do I need root access to install Memberzilla?
No, only FTP access and the ability to create a mySQL database is required.
Memberzilla offers customers the option to purchase an extended service plan which provides them free access to every new module, feature and upgrade free of charge for one full year. Details are located within your customer access center.
Does Memberzilla offer hosting?
We will offer hosting packages that include a leased license of our script. Details on specific packages will be available on launch day (unless you are a VIP list member, in which you will receive complete details prior to our launch).
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and 2Checkout for purchases of Memberzilla and its related products and services. This means that if you are unable to use Paypal, you will still be able to take advantage of our products. In the event that you do not have the ability to purchase online, we will also accept check payments via postal mail, and bank wire transfers (for Canadian bank account holders, only).
How quickly will I receive my order?
Once you create your account and purchase your license, you will have instant access to download the script and generate the required license file to run the script on your server.

Is your script open source?
No, Memberzilla contains several pages that are encoded with Zend Guard. However, you are able to easily customize and edit all templates, pages and settings via the administration center.
Can I remove the "Powered By" link?
Only those who purchase the brand-free version of our script are able to remove the 'Powered by Memberzilla' link that appears in the footer template.
Can I use Memberzilla on multiple websites?
You can choose to purchase an individual site license (which enables Memberzilla to run on only one website) or a multi-license pack that will allow you to run Memberzilla on up to three websites. Each site will require it's own license, generated from our customer area.
Is Memberzilla available in multiple languages?
At this time Memberzilla is only available in English, however we do have plans to expand our software to include multiple language packs. (provided free of charge to customers upon release).
